      "Dr. Williams and his team are fantastic. The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire staff is friendly and patient. On my first visit, there was an unruly patient, and the reception team showed a master class in customer service in how they addressed the concern.Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable about how to treat my skin and made me feel comfortable with the challenges I was experiencing. I also appreciated that the team never tried to upsell me on their products—instead, I was the one asking about different procedures.I also want to give a special shoutout to Jaisy, who made my laser hair removal procedure a pleasant experience! I’ll definitely be going back to try a facial soon.I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his team to anyone who needs to address dermatological concerns, particularly people of color."

      "Really like this office so far! Very friendly but the back staff is the best part followed by the amazing Dr. Calvin Williams! I’ve been struggling with skin issues for so long and he listen to me yap and yap without interrupting me and addressed all of my concerns. I really love working with him and the lady Jazlyn who does my laser treatments, she is so informative and gentle. This is only my second visit but I do recommend so far!"

      "Now obviously, for a procedure done yesterday the jury is still out for the long-term success; but they were quick, efficient, up-front about the price, gave appropriate warning as to the discomfort level, and did their best to accommodate my schedule. It really stuck that Dr. Williams actually noted that while normally for an IPL neck procedure they'd recommend doing the face as well, my face was clearly not in need of work and he did NOT recommend getting the additional procedure. A practitioner who passes on the opportunity for an upsell bolsters my confidence that they'll be straight up with what I do and don't need."

      "I recently had an appointment with Dr. Williams seeking treatment for a hypertrophic post-surgical scar on my foot after a Lapiplasty bunion correction surgery. I was delighted with his approach. He explained why this happened to my skin and very thoughtfully explained his recommended treatment in a way I could understand. He shared the pros and cons of other therapies and why this would be the best approach. I had another doctor suggest an alternative surgical method that would have likely resulted in an even worse condition. Dr. Williams explained why I should avoid it. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Williams and am now on my way to a better outcome with his guidance. I strongly recommend his services, especially in the area of hypertrophic scars."
