Contact UsWhat is the HELIX laser?
HELIX (by DEKA) is a dual-wavelength resurfacing system designed to improve the look and feel of skin texture by pairing fractional ablative CO2 (10,600 nm) resurfacing with fractional non-ablative 1570 nm thermal stimulation (collagen support). Treatments can be customized from lighter refresh sessions to more intensive resurfacing plans based on your goals and recovery preferences.

CoolPeel®, Sultra®, and FUSION: 3 ways to customize your results
We customize HELIX based on your skin goals, schedule, and tolerance for downtime.
- CoolPeel® (low-downtime CO2 refresh)
A lighter fractional CO2 option designed to refresh the skin surface while limiting unnecessary heat to surrounding tissue.
- Sultra® (1570 nm non-ablative collagen stimulation)
A gentle fractional 1570 nm treatment designed to create controlled thermal stimulation to support collagen and overall skin quality—often with minimal surface disruption.
- FUSION (combined CO2 + 1570 nm in one session)
Combines ablative and non-ablative energy in the same visit to address surface texture plus deeper collagen remodeling—customized to your goals and downtime.
Downtime varies by settings and treatment depth. A consultation is required to confirm candidacy.
