Well, nobody calls me back, Multiple times I have to reach out again after no response for days. They need to improve on responding to their clients on time."

"This was a life changing experience for me. I normally donāt go out of my way to leave a review but I was finally heard and seen by a doctor! Being a black woman, Iād given up on doctors and was trying to care for myself alone. This led to my skin being in the worst shape ever. My skin was dry and restricting my mobility all while depleting my sense of self. An all time low. After my first visit with DR. COOPER I felt my body coming back from the dead. I could go on and on but if youāve read this far, what do you have to lose go get help from doctors that care. Thank you Essential Dermatology! Special shoutout to Dr.Williams"

"I needed to find a new dermatologist so I went to the computer for ideas. I chose Dr. Cooper because Cooper is my grandson 's middle name. Boy did I hit the jackpot! The support staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait was minimal which is rare in the medical world. When the dental assistant came to get me, he explained what to expect, visited socially a bit, and then Dr. Cooper came in. He asked me what I wanted him to do . After a short explanation, he began. My point is this: all his time was spent on me, my problem, and the solution. Not once did I feel that his mind was on anything but me and my problem. Plus, he was very good."

I havenāt left the parking lot and see a huge difference. I canāt forget the office staff were amazing, followed up on insurance when I had questions and super sweet. Thank you highly recommend."
