"As an AA woman I wanted someone I knew had experience with brown skin. I had never been to a dermatologist before my visit with Dr. Williams. I came in for a 10:30 appt and was out by 11 am. I don't feel this was a rushed appointment. He saw my face told what to do and gave me printed instructions, which I lost the same day. No worries though because the nurse emailed me another set of instructions the next day. He answered all my questions(and I had a lot) without irritation. "Liked that Evelyn was thorough in ensuring they were indeed in-network with my insurance. I appreciated that follow up.The nurse (I assume that’s her title) asked me all my skincare questions/concerns and was polite.Getting a skin check with a new Dr. can be an uncomfortable thing. But Dr. Williams was respectful, polite, and spoke with my during the exam which made me feel at ease. The nurse stayed in the room during the entire exam and documented anything the Dr felt was worth notating.I appreciated the single skin tag removal (which was my only major skin concern).Doc reminded me to wear sunblock, but overall got a clean bill of health.Thanks!"
